WHAT IS HTNO-SIERRA LEONE.
Helping The Needy Organization Sierra Leone (HTNO-SL) was founded from the bond of love for humanity and for society by Theophilus, and others who came together to provide helping hands for the purpose of bringing effective and sustainable progress in our society through the lifting of the pains and ails of society. Helping The Needy Organization Sierra Leone (HTNO-SL) is a non governmental organization set up to bring hope to orphaned children under the age of 18 years through partnerships and coorddination with other bigger organization to solve these problems. We are non political, non regional, non tribal and a non governmental organization. We sincerely seek to render helping hands to needs in our society especially orphans and that of the rural girls who are the most vulnerable, youths and the aged
PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION
AIM: The main purpose of Helping The Needy Organization S/L is bringing hope to those who have lost their children, parents or guidance and wandering without care and support from any immediate family members, there we come to their aid so that, they can become productive members of he societies.
MISSION
To bring out opportunities to help sustain orphan children below 18 years through education, training and other programs to enable them become contributive members of our society.
VISION
A society where every child, especially orphans has equal opportunity to fulfill their potential and become better members of our society.
MAIN OBJECTIVES:
To protect children especially those who have lost their parents and guardians.To rehabilitate orphans, Street children.To support education for orphan childrenTo defend the rights of every child under 18 years.Provision of camp for orphans.

THE STEP AGAINST BREAST CANCER.
Triple-negative Breast CancerTriple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) accounts for about 10-15% of all breast cancers. The term triple-negative breast cancer refers to the fact that the cancer cells don’t have estrogen or progesterone receptors (ER or PR) and also don’t make any or too much of the protein called HER2. (The cells test "negative" on all 3 tests.) These cancers tend to be more common in women younger than age 40, who are Black, or who have a BRCA1 mutation.
TNBC differs from other types of invasive breast cancer in that it tends to grow and spread faster, has fewer treatment options, and tends to have a worse prognosis (outcome).
